1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases, custom build requests, and communication between you (the customer) and Tun3D (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By submitting a build request, placing an order, or using our website, you agree to these terms.
2. Custom-Made Products
All Tun3D miniature car models are made to order and created specifically for each customer based on their submitted photos and information.
Because each model is handcrafted and unique, minor variations in colour, texture, or very small details may occur. These variations are part of the handmade nature of the product and do not constitute defects.
3. Ordering Process
- You submit a Start Your Build request form with your photos and details.
- We review your request and send you a personalised quote.
- Once payment is made, your model enters the production queue.
- We notify you when the model is:
- In production
- Completed and shipped (with tracking)
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your order any time before your model enters production.
Once your model has entered production and we have begun the modelling, printing, or painting process, cancellations are no longer accepted, as work has already started on a custom, non-resellable product.

5. Refunds & Returns
14-Day Guarantee (Faulty or Not as Described)
You are entitled to request a refund within 14 days of receiving your model if:
- The model arrives damaged or faulty
- The item you received is not as described
We may request photographs of the issue to assess the claim.
If approved, you may be asked to return the model in its original condition and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our models are fully personalised and made to order, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Minor variations due to the handmade process
- Colour differences caused by no paint code / inaccurate references provided
- Issues caused by mishandling or misuse after delivery
6. Customer Responsibilities
By submitting a build request, you confirm that:
- The photos and information you provide are accurate
- You have permission to use and share the images you upload
- You understand that colour accuracy depends on the quality of your photos or colour references
- You will handle the model carefully, as it is a fragile display item, not a toy
7. Production Time
Production times may vary depending on:
- Current workload
- Complexity of your car
- Level of detail required
We will provide an estimated timeframe but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
8. Shipping
We ship models securely and provide a tracking number once the item is dispatched.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
9. Intellectual Property
All digital 3D modelling, design methods, photographs, and website content remain the property of Tun3D.
Customers may share images of their model but may not reproduce, modify, or resell our work.
10. Liability
Tun3D is not responsible for:
- Damage caused by mishandling or improper display
- Wear and tear
- Damage after delivery
- Delays caused by third-party couriers

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@tun3d.uk for further intructions.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product back to our address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
